Check the condition of the radiator hoses and clamp bands for the following issues

Tighten hose clamps if they are loose or if water leaks are detected.
Replace hoses and tighten hose clamps if hoses are swollen, hardened, or cracked.

Safety Precautions
Ensure the engine has been idling unloaded for 5 minutes before stopping.
Verify the engine and radiator have cooled for at least 30 minutes before proceeding.
Ensure the radiator cap is not removed while coolant is hot.
Coolant Level Check
Remove the radiator cap after the engine has completely cooled and check coolant reaches the supply port.
Check the coolant level in the recovery tank is between 'FULL' and 'LOW' marks.
Add water only up to the full level if coolant level drops due to evaporation.

Stop the engine before draining engine oil.
Place a container underneath the engine to catch the draining oil.
Ensure the engine has cooled down sufficiently before draining oil.
Oil Draining Process
Remove the drain plug at the bottom of the engine to drain old oil.
Remove the filler plug to facilitate complete oil drainage.

Add new engine oil up to the upper limit of the oil level gauge.
