Thermistors Disassembling
Preparation
Ensure the power supply is turned off
Panel Removal
Remove the service panel
Disconnecting Connectors
Disconnect the connectors on the multi controller circuit board
Thermistors Removal
Pull out the thermistors from the sensor holder
Post Disassembly
High Pressure Switch and High Pressure Sensor
Panel Removal
Remove the service panel. (See Photo 1)
Remove the top panel. (See Photo 1)
Remove the cover panel (front). (Refer to procedure 8(5))
Remove the cover panel (rear). (Refer to procedure 8(6))
Remove the side panel (R). (Refer to procedure 8 (7))
Component Disconnection
Pull out the lead wire of high pressure switch and high pressure sensor.
Remove the electrical parts box. (See Photo 5)
Reactor DCL Disassembling
Panel Removal
Remove the service panel
Remove the top panel
Electrical Parts Box Removal
Remove the electrical parts box
Reactor Removal
Remove 6 screws (4 x 10) for reactor
Thermistor Suction Pipe Disassembling
Panel Removal
Remove the service panel. (See Photo 1)
Remove the top panel. (See Photo 1)
Electrical Disconnection
Disconnect the connector, TH7/6 (red), on the multi controller circuit board in the electrical parts box.
Loosen the wire clamps on the top of the electrical parts box. (See Photo 6)
Thermistor Removal
Pull out the thermistor <Suction pipe> (TH6) from the sensor holder. (See Photo 7)
Is the thermistor <Ambient> (TH7) being replaced together with thermistor <Suction pipe> (TH6)?
Linear Expansion Valve Disassembling
Remove panels
Remove the linear expansion valve coil (See Photo 11,12)
Remove the electrical parts box (See Photo 5)
Refrigerant Recovery
Recover refrigerant without spreading it in the air
Remove the welded part of linear expansion valve
Installation Notes
Cover parts with a wet cloth to prevent heating and braze pipes to avoid oxidation
