They will come up with a solid action plan and guide you through the implementation phase, with regular progress check-ins. The expert will also continuously ask if you require any further assistance, have any issues or need any additional information. It is truly a great, hands on approach to making sure that the customer is satisfied and the system is built out to meet their needs.

Implementation went very well. Their team is extremely supportive and responsive. Integrating our current practices and procedures into MaintainX has proven to be easier than expected.
