Turn OFF the main power and disconnect the plant-side power supply (breaker).

Wear protective gloves when handling chips.

Remove the cover of the spindle drain hole.

Check and clean the drain holes if clogged

Use coolant at the concentration specified by the supplier

Adjust the tension in the belt by rotating the adjusting bolt

Tighten the lock nut to secure the adjusting bolt

Adjust the tension in the belt by rotating the adjusting bolt

Tighten the lock nut to secure the adjusting bolt

Read and understand the operation manual for the high pressure coolant unit.

Ensure the operation manual is on hand for immediate reference.

High Pressure Pump Oil Replacement and V-Belt Inspection

Turn OFF the main power before removing the rear cover.
