Turn OFF the power supply before starting maintenance

Ensure the machine is not operating before replenishing oil

Check cleanliness of components

Inspect and clean the condenser regularly

Inspect and clean the air filter regularly

Set zero point setting parameters

Refer to manual prepared by CNC maker for details

Obtain the reference point for the axis to be set

Carry out zero return operation

Adjust the position of the dog to match the position data as indicated

Set spindle speed to low (300 min"1)

Set spindle speed to high (1000 min"1)

Use soft rags to wipe off coolant, dust, and other foreign matter from the spindle.

Ensure no compressed air is used for cleaning the spindle.

Keep the spindle tapered hole clean.

Check if the spindle temperature rises abnormally during operation.

Lever Removal and Initial Setup

Magazine Rotation and Pin Disconnection

Remove the connecting pin to disconnect the positioning pin from the cylinder rod

Move the positioning pin manually to find the smooth insertion position into the index plate recess

Adjust the gap between the index plate bottom face and the positioning pin to approximately 3 mm by adjusting the cylinder rod length

Choose filter maintenance action

Use washing oil to clean the filter

Apply compressed air to the filter after cleaning

Confirm no thinner-based fluid was used for cleaning
