Store the lubricating oil away from rain and direct sunlight.

Ensure no contact with dirt and water during storage.

Verify that no degraded oils or oils mixed with foreign matter are used.

Oil Jugs and Intermediate Tanks

Ensure different oil jugs are used for different lubricating oils and coolant.

Inspect and clean the intermediate tank for dirt and water accumulation.

Clean the inside of the slideway lubrication unit tank and replace the filter annually.

Turn OFF the power supply before starting maintenance

Ensure the machine is not operating before replenishing oil

Keep the following parts clean and inspect them regularly

Inspect and clean the condenser regularly

Inspect and clean the air filter regularly

Refer to the manual prepared by CNC maker for zero point setting parameters.

Obtain the reference point for the axis to be set.

Adjust the position of the dog to match the position data as indicated.

Note the current position display data and reset the position display to '0'.

Zero Return Deceleration Switch Adjustment

Turn the pulse handle to find the position where the zero return deceleration switch changes from ON to OFF.

Set +OT (soft-limit) for the axis to 5000 (5 mm)

Feed the axis to the soft-limit position

Set -OT (soft-limit) for the axis to (axis travel + 5 mm) with a minus sign

Feed the axis to the soft-limit position

Shut off the compressed air supply

Turn the case assembly 45 degrees while pressing the lock button down

Loosen the baffle to remove the element from the case assembly

Wash the element using neutral detergent

Apply compressed air to the element from the inside
