Inspection of Air Filter Element

Visually inspect the air filter element for clogging

Is the air filter element blackened?

Is the air filter element clogged?

Clean the air filter element if clogged

Replacement of Air Filter Element

Is the air filter element heavily clogged or contaminated?

Is the air cylinder failing to operate correctly due to pressure loss?

Lever Removal and Initial Setup

Magazine Rotation and Pin Disconnection

Remove the connecting pin to disconnect the positioning pin from the cylinder rod

Manually move the positioning pin to find the smooth insertion position into the index plate recess

Adjust the gap between the index plate bottom face and the positioning pin to approximately 3 mm by adjusting the cylinder rod length

Store the lubricating oil away from rain and direct sunlight.

Ensure no contact with dirt and water during storage.

Verify that no degraded oils or oils mixed with foreign matter are used.

Oil Jugs and Intermediate Tanks

Ensure oil jugs are not used for different lubricating oils and coolant.

Inspect and clean the intermediate tank for dirt and water accumulation.

Clean the inside of the slideway lubrication unit tank.

Set +OT (soft-limit) for the axis to 5000 (5 mm)

Feed the axis to the soft-limit position

Set -OT (soft-limit) for the axis to (axis travel + 5 mm) with a minus sign

Feed the axis to the soft-limit position

Choose filter maintenance action

Use washing oil to clean the filter

Apply compressed air to the filter after cleaning

Confirm no thinner-based fluid was used for cleaning the filter
