Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Remove the cover of the electrical box by releasing the 4 hooks indicated by W.

Disconnect the connectors from the service monitor PCB.

Detach the 4 clamps with pliers and remove the service monitor PCB.

Remove the screws of the terminal board and the earth/ground wire.

Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Remove the screw on the stop valve mounting plate.

Remove the screw on the partition plate (1).

Remove the 2 screws to detach the earth / ground wires.

Disconnect the connector [S70] (fan motor).

Release the fan motor lead wire from the 5 hooks.

Disconnect the connectors of the front side: [S20] (electronic expansion valve coil), [S40] (overload protector), [S80] (four way valve coil), [S90] (thermistors).

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.

Ensure no burns from heated pipes and parts.

Ventilate the room if refrigerant gas leaks.

Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire if refrigerant oil catches fire.

Environmental and Safety Cautions

Collect all refrigerant gas without discharging into the atmosphere.

Restore piping using non-oxidation brazing.

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly

Remove the 2 lower screws first

Ensure the wire harness is facing downward when reassembling

Ensure all power supplies are turned off for at least 10 minutes before starting disassembly

Remove the sound blanket (top upper)

Remove the screw and slightly push the partition plate (1) to the left for easy work

Remove the sound blanket (outer)

Remove the sound blanket (top lower)

Remove the sound blanket (inner)
