Sound Blanket Removal
Pre-removal Safety Check

Sound Blanket Removal Steps
Open the sound blanket (outer).
Remove the sound blanket (top upper).
Remove the screw and slightly push the partition plate (1) to the left for easy work.
Remove the sound blanket (outer).
Remove the sound blanket (top lower).
Remove the sound blanket (inner).
Outer Panel Removal
Preliminary Safety Measures
Ensure all power supplies are turned off and wait for 10 minutes before starting disassembly
Remove the Suction Grille
Unfasten the 5 hooks
Remove the suction grille
Remove the Top Panel
Remove the 8 screws
Lift the top panel and remove it
Remove the Right Side Panel
Coil / Thermistor Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Remove electronic expansion valve coil
Remove screw and four way valve coil
Pull out outdoor heat exchanger thermistor
Sound blanket removal
Slightly open the sound blanket (outer)
Remove the sound blanket (top upper)
Remove discharge pipe thermistor
Fan Motor Removal
Safety Precautions
Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly
Screw Removal
Remove the 2 lower screws first
Remove the 2 upper screws
Fan Motor Removal
Remove the fan motor
Reassembly
Ensure the wire harness is facing downward during reassembly
Compressor Removal
Safety Precautions
Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.
Ensure no contact with heated pipes and parts from the gas brazing machine.
Is the area ventilated in case of refrigerant gas leakage?
Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire in case refrigerant oil catches fire.
Environmental Cautions
Collect all refrigerant gas to prevent atmospheric discharge.
Restore piping using non-oxidation brazing.
