Check filters at 60-day intervals

Can light be seen through the filter when held up to sunlight or a bright light?

Is filter replacement necessary based on light visibility?

Replace the filter if necessary

Install field sensors and land wires on the terminal block

LOCKOUT/TAGOUT all power sources prior to wiring or servicing the unit

Disconnect electric power before servicing equipment

Check unit configuration settings prior to operating the unit

Open water valves to full-open position and turn on power to the conditioner

Enter Loop Water Type, CFM, Static Pressure, and Elevation

Set all installed sensors to ‘Installed’ and configure digital outputs if used

Use default setpoints or change if desired

Ensure all units are maintained

Verify motors are permanently lubricated and require no oiling

Record current (amps) measurements

Record water pressure drop for heating

Record water pressure drop for cooling

Compare logged data with start-up and annual data

Ensure all construction dirt and debris are removed from the water circulating system.

Connect supply and return run-outs together at each conditioner location if equipped with water shutoff valves.

Fill the system at the city water makeup connection with all air vents open.

Close all air vents after filling.

Start main circulator with the pressure reducing valve open.

Check vents in sequence to bleed off any trapped air

Is power to the heat rejector unit off and supplementary heat control set at 80°F (27°C)?

Ensure all necessary equipment is ready

Install valve in the charging line to flash liquid to vapor if necessary

Is the recycle or recovery equipment designed for R-410A?

Enter the superheat value (degrees)

Is the superheat value between 8 to 14 degrees?
