Gently unscrew the filter from the probe

Was the filter rinsed under warm water until clean?

Was warm soapy water used for cleaning, if necessary?

Gently replace the filter by screwing it back into the probe

Did the filter screw all the way into the probe?

Check filters at 60-day intervals

Can light be seen through the filter when held up to sunlight or a bright light?

Is a more critical standard for filter clarity required?

Replace the filter if light cannot be seen through it

Describe any issues encountered during the filter check

Ensure all construction dirt and debris are removed from the water circulating system.

Connect supply and return run-outs together at each conditioner location if equipped with water shutoff valves.

Fill the system at the city water makeup connection with all air vents open.

Close all air vents after filling.

Start main circulator with the pressure reducing valve open.

Check vents in sequence to bleed off any trapped air

Is power to the heat rejector unit off?

Ensure R-410A is available for charging

Verify that recycle or recovery equipment is designed for R-410A

Install a valve in the charging line to flash liquid to vapor if necessary

Is the reversing valve energized for heating mode?

Pressure and Temperature Verification

Enter the superheat value (degrees)

Install field sensors and land wires on the terminal block

LOCKOUT/TAGOUT all power sources prior to wiring or servicing the unit

Disconnect electric power before servicing equipment

Check unit configuration settings prior to operating the unit

Open water valves to full-open position and turn on power to the conditioner

Enter Loop Water Type, CFM, Static Pressure, and Elevation

Set all installed sensors to 'Installed'

Use default setpoints or change if desired
