Sound Blanket Removal
Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies
Remove the sound blanket (top)
Remove the sound blanket (body)
Check for any damage to the piping ports on the sound blanket
Outdoor Fan / Fan Motor Removal
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Terminal Disconnection
Pull out the 2 terminals (red, white) from the compressor capacitor (C1R).
Pull out the terminal (5) from the magnetic contactor (K1M).
Fan Motor Lead Wire Release
Release the fan motor lead wire from the groove.
Note the wiring pattern before removing.
Fan Motor Fixing Plate Removal
Remove the screw of the fan motor fixing plate.
Capillary Tube Removal
Safety Precautions
Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.
Ensure proper ventilation if refrigerant gas leaks during work.
Collect all refrigerant gas to avoid atmospheric discharge.
Preparation
Ensure refrigerant gas is empty in the circuit.
Apply nitrogen replacement when heating up the brazed part.
Provide a protective sheet or steel plate to shield peripheries from brazing flame.

Fuse Removal
Open the fuse cover and remove the fuse (F1U).
Compressor Capacitor Removal
Pull out the remaining terminal from the compressor capacitor (C1R).
Remove the 2 screws (M4×8) and remove the capacitor fixing band.
Remove the compressor capacitor (C1R).
Compressor Lead Wire Identification
Identify the compressor lead wires
Compressor ASSY Removal
Safety Precautions
Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.
Ensure all heated parts are cool to avoid burns.
Is the room ventilated in case of refrigerant gas leak?
Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire in case refrigerant oil catches fire.
