Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Ensure proper ventilation if refrigerant gas leaks during work.

Collect all refrigerant gas to avoid atmospheric discharge.

Ensure refrigerant gas is empty in the circuit.

Apply nitrogen replacement when heating up the brazed part.

Provide a protective sheet or steel plate to shield peripheries from brazing flame.

Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Ensure no contact with heated pipes and parts from the gas brazing machine.

Is the room ventilated in case of refrigerant gas leakage?

Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire immediately in case refrigerant oil catches fire.

Collect all refrigerant gas to prevent atmospheric discharge.

Restore piping using non-oxidation brazing.

Ensure all power supplies are turned off for at least 10 minutes before starting disassembly

Remove the screw and remove the stop valve cover

Remove the 3 screws and remove the top panel

Remove the 4 screws and remove the discharge grille

Remove the 8 screws of the front panel

Unfasten the 4 hooks and remove the front panel

Warning: Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work.

Remove the electrical components

Pull out the terminals from the magnetic contactor (K1M)

Remove the 2 screws and remove the magnetic contactor (K1M)

Pull out the terminals from the compressor capacitor (C1R)

Remove the 2 screws to loosen the capacitor fixing band and remove the compressor capacitor (C1R)
