Remove the nut and then the outdoor fan

Disconnect the connector depending on the model

Cut the clamp and release the fan motor lead wire from the groove

Remove the screw and then the fan motor fixing frame

Unfasten the 2 hooks on the fan motor fixing frame and release the fan motor lead wire

Remove the 3 screws and then the fan motor

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work

Ensure pipes and parts heated by the gas brazing machine are cool to avoid burns

Ventilate the room if refrigerant gas leaks during work

Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire immediately in case refrigerant oil catches fire

Collect all refrigerant gas to avoid discharging into the atmosphere

Apply nitrogen replacement when heating up the brazed part

Avoid using a metal saw for cutting pipes to prevent sawdust contamination

Use a protective sheet or steel plate to shield peripheries from brazing flame

Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work

Remove the screws of the reactor

Slide the reactor upward to unfasten the hooks

Remove the screws and the partition plate

Fit the hole on the partition plate to the hook on the bottom frame

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly

Ensure pipes and parts heated by gas brazing machine are cool to avoid burns

Ventilate the room if refrigerant gas leaks during work

Avoid exposing refrigerant gas to flames to prevent toxic gas generation

Do not discharge refrigerant gas into the atmosphere

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly

Does the model have a ferrite core on the earth/ground harness?

Unfasten the hooks and remove the PCB

Ensure the 2 projections are fitted to the PCB during reassembly
