Remove the sound blanket (top)
Untie the 2 strings and pull out the sound blanket (outer)
Pull out the sound blanket (inner)
Outdoor Fan, Fan Motor Maintenance
Removal Procedure
Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly
Outdoor Fan Removal
Remove the nut (M6 size) and then the outdoor fan
Align the mark of the outdoor fan with the D-cut section of the motor shaft when reassembling
Connector Disconnection
Disconnect the connector depending on the model
Note the location differences of connectors [S70] and [S71]
Fan Motor Lead Wire Release
Reactor, Partition Plate Maintenance
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling
Remove the 2 screws of the reactor
Slide the reactor upward to unfasten the 2 hooks
Remove the reactor
Remove the 2 screws, and then the partition plate
Reassembly Instructions
Fit the hole on the partition plate to the hook on the bottom frame

Ensure pipes and parts heated by the gas brazing machine are cool to avoid burns
Ventilate the room if refrigerant gas leaks during work

Do not discharge refrigerant gas into the atmosphere; collect all refrigerant gas
Apply nitrogen replacement when heating up the brazed part
Avoid using a metal saw for cutting pipes to prevent sawdust contamination
Use protective sheet or steel plate to shield peripheries from brazing flame
