Pre-Inspection Safety Precautions

Close the generator's outlet valve and the air inlet valve

Ensure machine working pressure is 0 bar

Is the generator fully depressurized and purged with air?

Vent oxygen to the outside atmosphere

Ensure no smoking or open flames are present near the oxygen generator

Visual check of the vessel (tank) material for traces of strong corrosion

Safety Precautions and Initial Setup

Close the generator's outlet valve and the air inlet valve and wait until machine working pressure is 0 bar.

Ensure the generator is fully depressurized and purge thoroughly with air to remove all oxygen before service or inspection.

Vent oxygen to the outside atmosphere.

Ensure no smoking or open flames are in the vicinity of the oxygen generator.

Avoid closing valves too fast to prevent high gas velocities.

Set the generator in Manual mode (Operation Mode).

Check the flow sensor model compatibility

Measure the flow rate consumption

Is the flow rate within the expected range?

Adjust the flow sensor settings if necessary

Overview of model versus flow sensor

Confirm the correct flow sensor is used for the model

Close the generator's outlet valve and the air inlet valve

Ensure machine working pressure is 0 bar

Is the generator fully depressurized and purged with air?

Vent oxygen to the outside atmosphere

Ensure no smoking or open flames are present near the oxygen generator

Read safety recommendations and precautions

Close the generator's outlet valve and the air inlet valve

Wait until machine working pressure is 0 bar

Ensure the generator is fully depressurized and purge thoroughly with air

Check for damaged wiring or loose connections

Replace the in- and outlet filter cartridges
