Follow the LOTO procedure (Lock Out - Tag Out)

Ensure greases of different brands or types are not mixed

Refer to the motor re-greasing data plate for recommended grease type

Enter the greasing quantity for the motor bearings

Enter the greasing interval for the motor bearings

Stop the compressor and press the emergency stop button

Switch off the voltage and follow the LOTO procedure

Drain the compressor sump and oil cooler

Drain the compressor sump by opening drain valve (Dmo)

On ZR compressors, drain the oil cooler by opening drain valve (Dmc)

On ZT compressors, fit a proper flexible over the extension of drain plugs (Dmc) and drain the oil system by loosening the drain plugs

Close the drain valves and tighten the drain plugs after draining

Stop the compressor and press the emergency stop button

Switch off the voltage and follow the LOTO procedure

Take out filter housing (3) with filter element (4)

Replace the dirty filter element with a new one

Install the new demister sponge

Inspect the dryer heater for any signs of wear or damage

Inspect the dryer rotor for any signs of wear or damage
