Keep the dryer clean (if applicable)

Brush and blow off the finned surface of the air cooler(s) (if applicable)

Test the water drains regularly

Check the dryer adjustment as specified in Initial start-up

Stop the compressor and press the emergency stop button

Switch off the voltage and follow the LOTO procedure

Take out filter housing (3) with filter element (4)

Replace the dirty filter element with a new one

Put the filter housing with the filter element back into place

Tighten clamps (2) and nuts (1)

Follow the LOTO procedure (Lock Out - Tag Out)

Ensure not to mix greases of different brands or types

Refer to the motor re-greasing data plate for the recommended grease type, the greasing quantity and interval for the motor bearings

Fan Motor Bearings of ZT Compressors

Verify that the fan motor bearings are greased for life

Is there an air receiver installed?

Drain condensate from the air receiver

Replace damaged or leaking parts
