Follow the LOTO procedure (Lock Out - Tag Out)

Ensure greases of different brands or types are not mixed

Refer to the motor re-greasing data plate for recommended grease type, quantity, and interval

Fan Motor Bearings of ZT Compressors

Verify that the fan motor bearings are greased for life

Stop the compressor and press the emergency stop button

Switch off the voltage and follow the LOTO procedure

Remove filler plug and drain points

Close the drain valves and tighten the drain plugs after draining

Replace the demister sponge of the integrated dryer

Keep the dryer clean (if applicable)

Check the dryer adjustment as specified in Initial start-up

Regularly brush and blow off the finned surface of the air cooler(s) (if applicable)

Regularly test the water drains

Is there an air receiver installed?

Drain condensate from the air receiver, if installed

Replace damaged or leaking parts
