Wait for the oil to cool down before carrying out this check

Remove dipstick Ⓖ and wipe the oil from the dipstick with a cloth

Insert dipstick Ⓖ fully in the guide

Is the oil level between the H and L marks on the dipstick?

Insert the dipstick into the hole and install air bleeding plug ① after checking or adding oil

Does the oil reach the L mark on dipstick Ⓖ?

WARNING: The tank has a built-in compression spring, so be careful when installing or removing tank cover ①

Remove the tank cover ① by turning it to the left

Remove the empty grease cartridge ② by turning it to the left

Prepare the new grease cartridge

Remove cap ③ from the new grease cartridge

Remove plug ④ from the new grease cartridge

Press the grease cartridge slightly so that grease comes out from the mouth

Screw the cartridge (approx. 5 turns) securely into suction port mouthpiece ⑤

Tighten the tank cover ① securely until the lock is engaged (approx. 1/3 turns)

WARNING: Ensure Safety Before Adjustment

Set the work equipment to the specified position

Loosen 4 plate mounting bolts ② and loosen plate ③

Remove shim ④ corresponding to the amount of play 'a' measured

Perform maintenance for all service intervals

Check for clogging of the drain hole

Do not open the radiator cap unless necessary

Check the radiator reserve tank when the engine is cold

Check that the cooling water level is between the FULL and LOW marks on radiator reserve tank

Add water through the water filler of reserve tank to the FULL level

Tighten the caps securely after adding water
