Is the air cleaner clogging monitor flashing?

Clean the air cleaner element if the monitor is flashing.

Avoid cleaning the element if the monitor is not flashing to maintain performance.

Has the engine cooled down to a safe temperature?

Is there no pressure remaining inside the case?

Set the final drive so the TOP mark is at the top and the mark and plug (P) are perpendicular to the ground.

Place a container under plug (P) to catch the oil.

Remove plugs (P) and (F) using the hexagon wrench.

Check the O-rings in the plugs for damage and replace if necessary.

Is there air in the window washer fluid?

Check the level of the fluid in the window washer tank (1)

Is it necessary to add automobile window washer fluid?

Add automobile window washer fluid if necessary

Select the type of pure washer fluid based on operation area and season

Specify the mixture ratio of pure washer fluid and water based on atmospheric temperature

Loosen air bleed plug and check if oil oozes out.

Did oil ooze out from the air bleed plug?

Remove the drain hose from the hydraulic pump case and fill the pump case completely with hydraulic oil through the drain port if oil did not ooze out.

Hold the removed hose firmly, keeping the mouth-piece higher than the oil level in the hydraulic tank.

Tighten air bleed plug and install the drain hose after air bleeding is completed.

Start the engine and run at low idling for 10 minutes.

Ensure fuses are not frequently blowing or showing traces of short circuits.

Keep the top surface of the battery clean.

Check and clean the breather hole in the battery cap if clogged.

Inspect for damage, wrong capacity, disconnection, or short circuit in the electric wiring.

Check for loose terminals and tighten any loose parts.

Carefully check the wiring of specific components.
