8 Hourly Oil Level Check
Safety Precautions
Shut down the compressor and relieve the system of all pressure.
Disconnect, lockout, and tagout the power supply to the compressor package.
Oil Level Inspection
Shut off the compressor with the STOP button.
Wait for 5 minutes to allow the oil to settle.
Check the oil level using the transparent plastic tube on the pressure reservoir.
Is the oil level between the 'maximum oil level' and 'minimum oil level' marks?

For L90RS-L132RS models, disconnect the system from the mains and wait 10 minutes before touching electrical components.

Set the on-site main switch to '0' (OFF) and secure it against being switched on.
Be cautious of hot surfaces during maintenance.

Safety Precautions
Ensure the compressor is not powered before starting maintenance.
For L90RS-L132RS models, disconnect the system from the mains and wait 10 minutes before touching electrical components.
Press the STOP button on the control panel and wait until the compressor stops and is depressurized.
Verify the pressure gauge shows no more than 4.4 PSI.
Relieve the compressor unit by slowly opening the screw plug with integrated air vent slots.
Set the on-site main switch to '0' (OFF) and secure it against being switched on.
Inspection and Cleaning
Check for dirt accumulation on oil/aftercooler core faces and the cooling fan.
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Compressor Maintenance

For L90RS-L132RS models, disconnect the system from the mains and wait 10 minutes before touching electrical components.
Press the STOP button on the control panel and wait until the compressor stops and is depressurized.
Check that the pressure gauge shows no more than 4.4 PSI.
Open the screw plug (oil filling opening) with integrated air vent slots to relieve any residual pressure.
Set the on-site main switch to '0' (OFF) and secure it against being switched on.
