8000 Hourly / 2 Yearly Oil Replacement
Safety Precautions
Shut down the compressor and relieve the system of all pressure
Disconnect, lockout, and tagout the power supply to the compressor package
Ensure no oil is spilled to avoid fire and slip hazards
Remove oil residue and other deposits from the compressor coolers
Check for leaks and address any spilled oil immediately
Oil Change Procedure
Turn off the screw compressor unit and secure it against accidental restarts
Ensure the demister vessel is depressurized
125 Hourly Compressor Inspection
Safety Precautions
Ensure the compressor is not powered before starting maintenance.
For L90RS-L132RS models, disconnect the system from the mains and wait 10 minutes before touching electrical components.
Press the STOP button on the control panel and wait until the compressor stops and is depressurized.
Ensure the pressure gauge shows no more than 4.4 PSI.
Relieve the compressor unit by slowly opening the screw plug with integrated air vent slots.
Set the on-site main switch to '0' (OFF) and secure it against being switched on.

Check for dirt accumulation on the following components

Provide a suitable container to catch any cooling agents draining from the system.

Carefully loosen the cover of the dirt interceptor.
Catch any cooling agent draining from the system.
Remove cover and pull filter insert from the housing.
Clean filter insert or replace with a new one.
4000 Hourly / 1 Yearly Electric Motor Lubrication
Warning: Rotating machinery can cause injury or death. Open main disconnect, lockout and tagout power supply to starter before working on the electric motor.
Stop the unit
Disconnect, lockout and tagout the unit from the power supply
Remove the relief plug and free hole of hardened grease
Wipe lubrication fitting clean and add grease with a hand-operated grease gun

Refer to motor nameplate for appropriate quantity and interval
Leave the relief plug temporarily off. Reconnect the unit and run for about 20 minutes to expel the excess grease
2000 Hourly / 6 Monthly Air Intake Filter Replacement
Safety Precautions
Ensure the screw compressor is out of operation
Depressurize the unit
Secure the unit from being switched on again
Air Filter Replacement
Pull snap latch outward and remove housing base
Detach air filter cartridge while slightly turning it
Insert new air filter cartridge in the housing carefully
Close air filter with housing base ensuring snap latches click into position
