Ensure the compressor is not powered before starting maintenance.

Press the STOP button on the control panel and wait until the compressor stops and is depressurized.

Verify the pressure gauge shows no more than 4.4 PSI.

Relieve the compressor unit by slowly opening the screw plug with integrated air vent slots.

Set the on-site main switch to '0' (OFF) and secure it against being switched on.

Check for dirt accumulation on oil/aftercooler core faces and the cooling fan.

Shut down the compressor and relieve the system of all pressure

Disconnect, lockout, and tagout the power supply to the compressor package

Ensure all valves, caps, plugs, fittings, bolts, and filters are removed safely

Oil Filter Cartridge Replacement

Switch off the screw compressor unit and secure it against accidental restart

Wait for at least 5 minutes for the oil to settle

Unscrew the oil filter cartridge with a suitable tool

Dispose of the oil filter cartridge properly

Catch any cooling agent draining from the system.

Remove cover and pull filter insert from the housing.

Clean filter insert or replace with a new one.
