Shut down the compressor and relieve the system of all pressure

Disconnect, lockout, and tagout the power supply to the compressor package

Ensure no oil is spilled during the procedure

Remove oil residue and other deposits from the compressor coolers

Inspect for leaks and address any spilled oil immediately

Turn off the screw compressor unit and secure it against accidental restarts

Ensure the demister vessel is depressurized

Danger: High Voltage – Hazard of Shock, Burn, or Death

Ensure the compressor is not powered before starting work.

For L90RS-L132RS models, disconnect the system from the mains and wait 10 minutes before touching electrical components.

Reservoir and Machine Operation Checks

Check air/oil reservoir oil level and add oil if required. DO NOT MIX LUBRICANTS.

Is the machine loading and unloading properly?

Pressure and Temperature Checks

Enter the discharge pressure reading.

Ensure the screw compressor is out of operation

Secure the unit from being switched on again

Pull snap latch outward and remove housing base

Detach air filter cartridge while slightly turning it

Carefully insert new air filter cartridge in the housing

Close air filter with housing base ensuring snap latches click into position

Lock water inflow and water outflow on the compressor.

Provide a suitable container to catch any cooling agents draining from the system.

Carefully loosen the cover of the dirt interceptor.

Catch any cooling agent draining from the system.

Remove cover and pull filter insert from the housing.

Clean filter insert or replace with a new one.

Ensure the compressor is not powered before starting maintenance.

For L90RS-L132RS models, disconnect the system from the mains and wait 10 minutes before touching electrical components.

Press the STOP button on the control panel and wait until the compressor stops and is depressurized.

Verify the pressure gauge shows no more than 4.4 PSI.

Slowly open the screw plug with integrated air vent slots to relieve any residual pressure.

Set the on-site main switch to '0' (OFF) and secure it against being switched on.

Be cautious of hot surfaces when performing maintenance.
