Shut down the compressor and relieve the system of all pressure.

Disconnect, lockout, and tagout the power supply to the compressor package.

Ensure no oil is spilled to avoid fire and slip hazards.

Remove oil residue and other deposits from the compressor coolers.

Inspect for leaks and address any spilled oil immediately.

Turn off the screw compressor unit and secure it against accidental restarts.

Shut down the compressor and relieve the system of all pressure

Disconnect, lockout, and tagout the power supply to the compressor package

Ensure no oil is spilled and check for leaks

Verify that oils with different specifications are not mixed

Shut off the compressor with the STOP button

Wait at least 5 minutes for the oil to settle

Check the oil level using the transparent plastic tube on the pressure reservoir

Ensure the screw compressor is out of operation

Secure the unit from being switched on again

Pull snap latch outward and remove housing base

Detach air filter cartridge while slightly turning it

Carefully insert new air filter cartridge in the housing

Close air filter with housing base ensuring snap latches click into position

Use appropriate safety equipment

Follow safety precautions when performing PRV check

Testing the Pressure Relief Valve

Test the valve on a separate compressed-air system

Raise the system operating pressure to its normal level

Shut down the compressor and relieve the system of all pressure.

Disconnect, lockout, and tagout the power supply to the compressor package.

Switch off the compressor and ensure it is depressurized by opening the ball valve at the after-cooler.

Close the ball valve after the system has been vented.

Detach the plastic oil extraction pipe.

Detach the plastic control air line.

Fully remove oil extraction with pressed in extraction tube.
