Park the machine on flat ground

Ensure two people are present to measure pressure

Remove the brake return spring (3)

Adjust the link length using the turnbuckle (1) so that the brake lever (2) has no play, then return turnbuckle by 1/4 rotation

Measure the turning torque of the rear axle

Lift up the cargo bed by hand and support it with the safety support

Ensure the hydraulic cylinder does not drop

Remove the cotter pin and clevis pin

Disconnect the connector from main harness

Separate the harness for the tail lamps

Have damaged tires been replaced or repaired?

Is the tire tread depth above the minimum required depth?

Park the vehicle on a flat surface

Radiator Hose and Clamp Inspection

Check the condition of radiator hoses and clamps

Are the hose clamps loose or is there water leakage?

Tighten hose clamps securely if loose or leaking

Are the radiator hoses swollen, hardened, or cracked?

Replace hoses and tighten hose clamps if hoses are swollen, hardened, or cracked

Park the vehicle on a flat surface

Remove all foreign materials from the screen

Is the radiator screen clean from debris?
