Stop the engine before checking or replacing the fuel pipes.

Ensure no broken fuel pipes are present to prevent fires.

Fuel Pipes and Clamp Bands Inspection

Check the condition of the following components

Apply oil to the screw of the band and tighten it securely if loose.

Stop the engine and remove the key

Reinstall the detached safety shield after maintenance or checking

Apply moderate thumb pressure to belt between the pulleys

Is the belt tension within acceptable limits?

Loosen the alternator mounting bolts

Stop the engine before draining engine oil.

Place a container underneath the engine to catch the draining oil.

Dispose of the used oil according to local regulations.

Ensure the engine has cooled down sufficiently before draining the oil.

Has the engine oil been changed after the initial 50 hours of operation?

Is it time for the 500-hour oil change or annual oil change?

Remove the drain plug at the bottom of the engine to drain the old oil.

Is the coolant temperature warning lamp on?

Is steam or coolant squirting from the radiator overflow pipe?

Turn off the load and keep the engine idling for at least 5 minutes.

Has the engine cooled down gradually?

Replace the following rubber piping
