Lower the steering frame lock pin into the LOCKED position

Wipe all of the fittings before lubrication

Lubricate the front lube fitting on each side of the machine

Lubricate the fittings for the rear end of the steering cylinders on the left side

Raise the steering frame lock pin into the UNLOCKED position

Inspect the ROPS for any loose or damaged bolts

Replace damaged bolts with original equipment parts only

Apply oil to all ROPS bolt threads before installing the bolts

Replace the ROPS mounting support if the ROPS rattles

Locate the vibratory support on the right side of the drum

Ensure you have a suitable container for draining the oil

Locate the drain plug (1) at the bottom

Remove drain plug (1) and drain the oil into the container

Dispose of the oil in an acceptable manner

Open the engine enclosure to access the fuel tank

Lift lever (2) and turn counterclockwise until it stops

Seal the tank to prevent contamination

Cleaning the Fuel Cap and Filter

Locate the vibratory support on the right side of the drum.

Locate the level check plug at the three o'clock position.

Is the oil level at the bottom of the level check plug opening?

Remove filler plug (2) if oil level is low.
