Ensure the machine is turned off and secured

Locate the vibratory support on the right side of the drum

Locate the level check plug at the three o'clock position

Check the level of the oil at the bottom of the level check plug opening

Is the oil level at the correct level?

Ensure no contact with hot oil or components

Dispose of fluids according to local regulations

Keep all parts clean from contaminants

Run the machine for 5 minutes before changing the oil

Take an oil sample from each eccentric weight housing

Is oil sample cleanliness rating equal or lower than ISO 23/21?

Ensure the machine is in a warm shop area (18° to 21°C / 65° to 70°F)

Measure the current tire pressure

Enter the recommended tire pressure for warm conditions

Is the current tire pressure equal to the recommended pressure?

Adjust the tire pressure to match the recommended pressure if necessary

Will the machine be operated in freezing temperatures?

Ensure cleanliness of the hydraulic oil

Locate the filter on the right side of the machine, in front of the rear tire

Place a suitable container under the filter to catch any oil spills

Remove the filter and clean the filter base

Discard the filter properly, referring to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for fluid spillage information

Coat the gaskets of the new filter with clean oil

Inspect the buckle for wear or damage.

Inspect the seat belt webbing for wear or fraying.

Inspect all seat belt mounting hardware for wear or damage.

Inspect the seat belt extension for wear or damage.

Is the date of installation label present on the seat belt retractor and buckle?
