Remove the hydraulic oil filter with the wrench

Replace with the new hydraulic oil filter

Oil the O-ring of the new hydraulic filter cartridge lightly

Tighten the hydraulic filter cartridge by hand

Check that all tools are removed from the work area

Dispose of the used hydraulic oil filter properly

Record any issues encountered during the procedure

In order to avoid damage, it is important to check the condition of the machine before starting.

CAUTION: To avoid personal injury: Do maintenance work on the machine only on level ground with the engine off and armrest in the 'Raised' position.

Go around the machine and check for visual damage and wear.

Place the machine on a firm, flat and level surface.

Lower the lift arms slowly to the ground.

Stop the engine and remove the key.

Ensure no smoking during inspection.

Is the hydraulic oil being changed more frequently due to hammer usage?

Ensure no mixing of different oil brands during filling

Is the return filter being changed more frequently due to contamination?

Use the correct replacement filter

Record operating hours since last oil change

Disconnect the negative cord of the battery

Open the slow blow fuse case cap and cover

Remove the bolts and draw out the slow blow fuse (B)

Inspect the electrical circuits for trouble

Replace with a new compatible slow blow fuse
