Inspection of Radiator Hoses and Clamp Bands

Check the condition of the radiator hoses for the following issues

Are the radiator hoses properly fixed?

Are there any water leaks from the hose clamps?

Remove sediment from the fuel tank

Clean the water jacket (radiator interior)

Consult local KUBOTA Dealer for this service

Wipe the inside air cleaner clean

Avoid touching the element except when cleaning

Blow compressed air from the inside of the element

Check air pressure at the nozzle

Stop the engine before checking or replacing the fuel pipes.

Ensure no broken fuel pipes are present to prevent fires.

Fuel Pipes and Clamp Bands Inspection

Check the following components for wear or damage

Apply oil to the screw of the band and tighten it securely if loose.
