Are the hose clamps loose or is there any water leakage?

Tighten hose clamps securely if loose or leaking

Do the radiator hoses need replacement due to swelling, hardening, or cracking?

Set the water separator handle to the 'OFF' position.

Loosen the bottom cock to let the foreign substances out of the separator.

Set the water separator handle to the 'OFF' position.

Loosen and remove the cup proper.

Clean the inside of the cup proper with light oil.
