Clean the area around the fill/drain plug before servicing the drum

Rotate the fill/drain plug to the bottom of the drum

Use the drain plug opening to fill the cavity with oil

Install the plug after adding the correct amount of oil

Warning: Personal injury or death can result if the leveling blade is not blocked up. Block the leveling blade before changing the cutting edge.

Block the leveling blade securely by placing the blocks under the arms of the blade.

Remove the bolts and the cutting edge.

Determine the condition of the cutting edge

Install the bolts and tighten them to the specified torques.

Refer to Service Manual, KENR3600 for procedures

Ensure qualified service personnel are available for injector Fuel Timing check and adjustment

Gather special tools required for the procedure

Check engine valve lash according to Service Manual, KENR3600

Check injector Fuel Timing according to Service Manual, KENR3600

Is an adjustment necessary for the injector Fuel Timing?

Visual Inspection of Electrical Wires

Check for the following conditions on electrical wires

Are all wires free from the above conditions?

Ensure the following are reinstalled correctly

Are all components reinstalled correctly to prevent vibration, rubbing, and excessive heat?

Is electrical wiring attached to hoses and tubes containing flammable or combustible fluids avoided?

Check for broken components in the cab

Do all machine lights operate properly?
