!CAUTION: DO NOT remove the complete hydraulic oil breather cap assembly to avoid dirt from entering the hydraulic system.

Is the yellow indicator on the hydraulic oil breather cap raised?

Check mark

Replace the filter element in the hydraulic oil breather if the indicator is fully or almost fully raised.

Check mark

Push the yellow indicator down to release pressure from the hydraulic oil breather cap before replacing the element.

Remove the hydraulic oil breather cap and clean the inside of the breather cap.

Install a new filter element and replace the hydraulic oil breather cap.
