Inspection and Maintenance after First 50 Hours of Service
Braking System Check
Drive the pallet truck and check the braking action by tilting the tiller to the upper and lower areas.
Note any anomalies in the steering mechanism and contact local representative if necessary.
Wheel Inspection
Raise the truck and check the tightness of the nuts on the driven wheel (80 Nm torque).
Check the tightness of the mounting bolts on the load wheels (50 Nm torque).
Check the free rotation of the wheels and remove any interfering objects.
Replace any worn or damaged wheels.

Changing the hydraulic fluid
Remove the pump motor unit
Remove the two semi-circular collars (2)
Detach the reservoir (1)
Drain the fluid
Clean the two strainers (3)
Refilling
Refit the reservoir (1) to the pump motor unit, ensuring the O-ring (4) is seated properly
Refit the pump motor unit to the chassis

Protect electrical circuits, motors, and switch panels from direct jets
Remove stubborn dirt using a cold detergent before using compressed air

Run the truck to prevent rust formation if water entered the motors
500 Hourly/6 Monthly Hydraulic System Maintenance
Checking the hydraulic fluid level
Lower the forks to their full extent
Remove the front cover
Check if the fluid level is between the min. and max. marks on the reservoir
Is the fluid level between the min. and max. marks?
Top up with fluid if necessary, after unscrewing the cap
Replace the cap to complete the operation

Use only hydraulic fluid which meets the relevant specifications
