Electronic Key Battery Replacement
Preparation
Gather necessary tools and materials
Battery Replacement for Vehicles without Smart Entry & Start System (Type A)
Remove the cover using a coin protected with tape
Remove the depleted battery using the tip of a ball-point pen or similar object
Insert a new battery with the “+” terminal facing up
Battery Replacement for Vehicles without Smart Entry & Start System (Type B)
Remove the cover
Cover the tip of the screwdriver with a rag to prevent damage to the key
Fuses Maintenance
Preparation
Select vehicle type
Turn the engine switch to the 'LOCK' position (for vehicles without a smart entry & start system) or turn the engine switch off (for vehicles with a smart entry & start system)
Accessing the Fuse Box
Open the fuse box cover
Identify the fuse box location
For right-hand drive vehicles, locate fuse box No.2 on the opposite side of the engine compartment
Fuse Inspection and Replacement
Remove the fuse with the pull-out tool (only type A fuse can be removed using the pull-out tool)
2 Weekly Tire Inflation Pressure Check
Pre-check Instructions
Ensure the vehicle has been parked for at least 3 hours and has not been driven for more than 1.5 km or 1 mile.
Ensure passengers and luggage weight are balanced in the vehicle.
Tire Pressure Check
Measure the tire pressure of the front left tire.
Measure the tire pressure of the front right tire.
Measure the tire pressure of the rear left tire.
Measure the tire pressure of the rear right tire.
Is the tire pressure within the recommended range for all tires?

Check battery terminals for corrosion and loose connections
Are there any cracks or loose clamps on the battery?

Is the fluid level between the 'UPPER LEVEL' and 'LOWER LEVEL' lines?
Is the fluid level at or below the 'LOWER LEVEL' line?

Turn the engine switch to the correct position

Open the glove box and slide off the damper
Push in each side of the glove box to disconnect the claws
Remove the filter cover
