Is the generator fully depressurized and purged with air?

Vent oxygen to the outside atmosphere

Ensure no smoking or open flames near the oxygen generator

Avoid closing valves too fast to prevent high gas velocities

Read safety precautions and recommendations

Wait until machine working pressure is 0 bar

Ensure the generator is fully depressurized and purge thoroughly with air

Vent oxygen to the outside atmosphere

Check for damaged wiring or loose connections

Visual check of the vessel (tank) material for traces of strong corrosion

Safety Precautions and Initial Setup

Ensure the following valves are closed and conditions met

Ensure the generator is fully depressurized and purged with air

Vent oxygen to the outside atmosphere

Ensure no smoking or open flames near the oxygen generator

Avoid closing valves too fast to prevent hazardous gas velocities

Set the generator in Manual mode

Close the ball valve (BA09) of the purity measurement line

Close the generator's outlet valve and the air inlet valve

Ensure machine working pressure is 0 bar

Is the generator fully depressurized?

Purge thoroughly with air to remove all oxygen

Vent oxygen to the outside atmosphere

Ensure no smoking or open flames are in the vicinity of the oxygen generator

Avoid closing valves too fast to prevent high gas velocities
