Ensure machine working pressure is 0 bar

Is the generator fully depressurized and purged with air?

Vent oxygen to the outside atmosphere

Ensure no smoking or open flames are in the vicinity of the oxygen generator

Avoid closing valves too fast to prevent high gas velocities

Inspection and Replacement Tasks

Safety Precautions and Initial Setup

Ensure the following safety precautions are followed

Set the generator in Manual mode (Operation Mode)

Close the ball valve (BA09) of the purity measurement (sample) line

Apply calibration check gas at 600 ml/min and a pressure of 0.35 bar(g)

Has the sensor reached a stable value for 5 minutes?

Does the display value correspond to the calibration gas certificate?

Disconnect the calibration check gas and reconnect the feedback line to the pressure regulator
