Remove the 2 screws of the reactor

Slide the reactor upward to unfasten the 2 hooks

Remove the 2 screws, and then the partition plate

Fit the hole on the partition plate to the hook on the bottom frame

Check that all parts are reassembled correctly

Describe any issues encountered during maintenance

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly

Unfasten the hooks and remove the PCB

Fit the projections to the PCB during reassembly

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work

Ensure pipes and parts heated by the gas brazing machine are cool to avoid burns

Ventilate the room if refrigerant gas leaks during work

Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire immediately in case refrigerant oil catches fire

Do not discharge refrigerant gas into the atmosphere; collect all refrigerant gas

Restore piping by non-oxidation brazing

Ensure refrigerant gas is empty in the circuit before working

Apply nitrogen replacement when heating up the brazed part

Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling

Pull out the discharge pipe temperature thermistor

Ensure the fixture for the thermistor is not lost

Check for sound blanket (back) and remove if present

Pull out the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor and remove the thermistor ASSY

Ensure the clip for the thermistor is not lost

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work

Remove the 7 screws on the terminal board and disconnect the connecting wire and power supply wire

Remove the 3 screws, and then the wire fixture

Disconnect the connector [S80] (four way valve coil)

Disconnect the connector [S20] (electronic expansion valve coil)

Disconnect the 2 connectors from the reactor

Disconnect the connector [S30] (compressor)
