Removal Procedure
Remove the nut and then the outdoor fan
Disconnect the connector [S70] or [S71] depending on the model
Cut the clamp and release the fan motor lead wire from the groove
Remove the screw and then the fan motor fixing frame
Unfasten the 2 hooks on the fan motor fixing frame and release the fan motor lead wire
Remove the 3 screws and then the fan motor
Sound Blankets Maintenance
Safety Precautions
Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly
Sound Blanket Removal
Remove the sound blanket (top)
Untie the 2 strings and pull out the sound blanket (outer)
Pull out the sound blanket (inner)
Thermistor Maintenance
Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling
Pull out the discharge pipe temperature thermistor
Ensure the fixture for the thermistor is not lost
Cut the clamp
Check for sound blanket (back) and remove if present
Pull out the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor and remove the thermistor ASSY
Ensure the clip for the thermistor is not lost
Electrical Box Maintenance
Safety Precautions
Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly
Disassembly Steps
Remove the 7 screws on the terminal board and disconnect the connecting wire and power supply wire
Remove the 3 screws, and then the wire fixture
Disconnect the connector [S80]
Disconnect the connector [S20]
Disconnect the 2 connectors from the reactor
Disconnect the connector [S30]
