Waited for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies?

Remove the screw of the stop valve cover

Pull down and remove the stop valve cover

Ensure the 3 hooks are fitted when reassembling

Remove the 3 screws, and then the top panel

Remove the 6 screws of the front panel

Lift up the right side of the front panel and unfasten the 2 hooks

Warning: Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling

Pull out the discharge pipe temperature thermistor

Ensure the fixture for the thermistor is not lost

Check for sound blanket (back) and remove if present

Pull out the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor and remove the thermistor ASSY

Ensure the clip for the thermistor is not lost

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly

Remove the nut (M6 size) and then the outdoor fan

Align the mark of the outdoor fan with the D-cut section of the motor shaft when reassembling

Disconnect the connector depending on the model

Note the location of connectors [S70] and [S71] as they differ

Warning: Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work

Remove the 2 screws of the reactor

Slide the reactor upward to unfasten the 2 hooks

Remove the 2 screws, and then the partition plate

Fit the hole on the partition plate to the hook on the bottom frame

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work

Ensure pipes and parts heated by the gas brazing machine are cool to avoid burns

Ventilate the room if refrigerant gas leaks during work

Prepare wet cloth to extinguish fire immediately in case refrigerant oil catches fire

Do not discharge refrigerant gas into the atmosphere

Restore piping by non-oxidation brazing
