Unfasten the hooks and remove the PCB

Fit the projections to the PCB during reassembly

Pull down and remove the stop valve cover

Ensure the 3 hooks are fitted when reassembling

Remove the 3 screws, and then the top panel

Remove the 6 screws of the front panel

Lift up the right side of the front panel and unfasten the 2 hooks

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly

Remove the 7 screws on the terminal board and disconnect the connecting wire and power supply wire

Remove the 3 screws, and then the wire fixture

Disconnect the 2 connectors from the reactor

Wait for 10 minutes after turning off all power supplies before starting disassembly.

Ensure pipes and parts heated by the gas brazing machine are cool to avoid burns.

Is the room ventilated in case of refrigerant gas leakage?

Ensure no flames are exposed to refrigerant gas to prevent toxic gas generation.

Do not discharge refrigerant gas into the atmosphere.

Collect all refrigerant gas properly.

Warning: Wait for 10 minutes or more after turning off all power supplies before disassembling work

Remove the discharge pipe temperature thermistor

Pull out the discharge pipe temperature thermistor

Ensure the fixture for the thermistor is not lost

Check for sound blanket (back) presence

Remove the sound blanket (back) if present

Remove the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor
