Gently unscrew the filter from the probe

Was the filter rinsed under warm water until clean?

Was warm soapy water used for cleaning if necessary?

Gently replace the filter by screwing it back into the probe

Did the filter screw all the way into the probe?

Install field sensors and land wires on the terminal block

LOCKOUT/TAGOUT all power sources prior to wiring or servicing the unit

Disconnect electric power before servicing equipment

Check unit configuration settings prior to operating the unit

Open water valves to full-open position and turn on power to the conditioner

Enter Loop Water Type, CFM, Static Pressure, and Elevation

Set all installed sensors to 'Installed'

Use default setpoints or change if desired

Lubrication Compatibility Check

Is R-410A being used with polyester (POE) oil?

Ensure no mineral oil or alkylbenzene lubricants are present in the system

Charge the system with OEM recommended lubricant for R-410A

Ensure all construction dirt and debris are removed from the water circulating system.

Connect supply and return run-outs together at each conditioner location if equipped with water shutoff valves.

Fill the system at the city water makeup connection with all air vents open.

Close all air vents after filling.

Start main circulator with the pressure reducing valve open.

Check vents in sequence to bleed off any trapped air

Is power to the heat rejector unit off?

Ensure the recycle or recovery equipment is designed for R-410A

Install a valve in the charging line to flash the liquid to vapor if necessary

Verify the system is designed for commercial use
