PCB Removal

Electrical Box Cover Removal

Remove the cover of the electrical box by releasing the 4 hooks indicated by W.

Service Monitor PCB Disconnection

Check mark

Disconnect the connectors from the service monitor PCB

Detach the 4 clamps with pliers and remove the service monitor PCB.

Terminal Board and Ground Wire Removal

Check mark

Remove the screws of the terminal board and the earth / ground wire.

Unfasten the hook on the right.

Coil / Thermistor Removal

Pull out the electronic expansion valve coil.

Check mark

Remove the screw and remove the four way valve coil.

Check mark

Cooling only models have no four way valve coil.

Check mark

Pull out the outdoor heat exchanger thermistor.

Check mark

Be careful not to lose the clip for the thermistor.

Slightly open the sound blanket (outer).

Check mark

Remove the sound blanket (top upper).

Check mark
