Set +OT (soft-limit) for the axis to 5000 (5 mm)

Feed the axis to the soft-limit position

Set -OT (soft-limit) for the axis to (axis travel + 5 mm) with a minus sign

Feed the axis to the soft-limit position

Set spindle speed to low (300 min⁻¹)

Set spindle speed to high (1000 min⁻¹)

Use soft rags to wipe off coolant, dust, and other foreign matter from the spindle.

Ensure no compressed air is used for cleaning the spindle.

Keep the spindle tapered hole clean.

Check if the spindle temperature rises abnormally during operation.

Store the lubricating oil away from rain and direct sunlight.

Ensure no contact with dirt and water during storage.

Verify that no degraded oils or oils mixed with foreign matter are used.

Oil Jugs and Intermediate Tanks

Ensure different oil jugs are used for different lubricating oils and coolant.

Inspect and clean the intermediate tank for dirt and water accumulation.

Clean the inside of the slideway lubrication unit tank and replace the filter annually.

Ensure the air filter is of type AF4000

Is the air filter case depressurized?

Apply lubricant to the float mechanism

Lubricate the piston and spring assembly

Ensure the O-ring is properly lubricated

Inspection of Air Filter Element

Visually inspect the air filter element for clogging

Is the filter element blackened but not heavily clogged?

Clean the air filter element if it is blackened but not heavily clogged

Replacement of Air Filter Element

Is the filter element heavily clogged or contaminated?

Is the air cylinder failing to operate correctly due to pressure loss?

Replace the air filter element if it is heavily clogged or if the air cylinder fails to operate correctly
