Ensure hydraulic oil is not hot before starting the procedure.

Ensure no dirt enters the hydraulic system during the procedure.

Ensure hydraulic pump is not operated without oil.

Ensure disposal of lubricants and fluids meets local environmental regulations.

Place a container with a minimum capacity of 39.4 liters under the drain plug.

Transmission Control Levers Check

Verify transmission control levers operate as per Operating Manual

Mast and Attachment Control Levers Check

Verify mast and attachment control levers operate as per Operating Manual

Verify pedals operate correctly as per Operating Manual

Do not heat, weld, or bend the forks

Replace damaged forks as a complete set

Measure the thickness of forks with a fork arm caliper (Yale Part No. 150021700) at a vertical section where there is no wear

Record the thickness as dimension X

Measure the thickness at the heel of the fork

Is the thickness of the heel greater than 90% of dimension X?

Gasoline Fuel Injector Maintenance

Ensure no water entry into the brake system

Ensure the sealed reservoir lid is properly replaced

Do not use 'DOT' fluid, only use Dexron III oil from a sealed container

Remove the dashboard from the cowl

Locate the brake oil reservoir on the cowl, at the master cylinder

Is there dirt or water in the brake system?
