Ensure maintenance on the ignition system has been completed

Gather necessary tools and equipment for timing adjustment

Record the current ignition timing

Is the ignition timing within the specified range?

Adjust the ignition timing according to the Service Manual if necessary

Describe any adjustments made to the ignition timing

Inspect the condition of the panel and components

Are all components in good condition?

Ensure damaged components are repaired or replaced

Inspect the wiring for good condition

Ensure wiring connections are secure

Check gauges and indicators frequently during operation

Ensure all protective gear is worn

Open the drain valve at the bottom of the air tank to allow moisture and sediment to drain.

Close the drain valve after draining is complete.

Was the draining process completed without any issues?

Describe any issues encountered during the draining process

Inspect all visible parts during disassembly

Replace seals and gaskets that are removed

Clean internal passages of the engine and engine block

Has preventive maintenance been performed?

Are recommended lubricants, coolants, and fuels used?
