Apply Tooling (F) onto O-ring seal of plug (40).

Tighten plug (42) to a torque of 430 ± 40 N·m (315 ± 30 lb ft).

Apply Tooling (G) onto outside diameter of seal (43).

Install final drive and travel motor in the reverse order of removal

Apply Tooling (C) to the threads of bolts (5)

Tighten bolts (5) to a torque of 250 ± 25 N·m (185 ± 18 lb ft)

Turn bolts (5) to an additional angle of 45 ± 5 degrees

Check mark

Verify the installation of final drive and travel motor
