Safety Precautions
Wear protective goggles when opening refrigerant lines
Ensure no smoking in the vicinity of refrigerant gas
Use a certified recovery and recycling cart for refrigerant removal
Removal Procedure
Recover the air conditioner refrigerant from the system
Open the left side access door
Disconnect lines from the refrigerant dryer
Remove clamps and refrigerant dryer
Heating and Air Conditioning Disassembly
Pre-disassembly cleaning
Clean the exterior of the component thoroughly
Disassemble harness assembly and actuator motor
Disconnect harness assembly (1)
Remove actuator motor (2)
Remove cover and core

Control Module Automatic Temperature Control Unit Removal and Installation
Removal Procedure
Remove covers and screws
Remove screws from control panel (4)
Disconnect harness assemblies
Disconnect additional harness assemblies
Disconnect antenna and remaining harness assemblies

Installation Procedure
Install control panel (4) in the reverse order of the removal
Heating and Air Conditioning Removal and Installation
Safety Precautions
Wear protective goggles when opening refrigerant lines
Ensure no smoking near refrigerant gas
Refrigerant Handling
Use certified recovery and recycling cart to remove refrigerant
Refer to Service Manual SENR5664 for recovery and charging procedure
Removal Procedure
Disconnect hose assembly (3) and remove switch (2) and bolts (1)
Clamp and remove hoses (4) to contain coolant
